WALKER FLAGS RETURN POLICY
Stock Flags, Small Poles and Accessories:
RETURNS or
EXCHANGES must be
authorized in advance.
Only products that are UNUSED and NOT FLOWN may be returned or
exchanged. Product must be
accompanied with receipt or packing slip and returned within 30 days of
purchase. A 15% restocking
fee may be applied on returns.
Custom/Special
Order/Made-to-Order Flags/Items:
Are
non-returnable.
In the case of
a defective product - only
“un-used” and “un-flown” products may be returned within 30 days of
purchase – for a replacement.

Many factors contribute to the life of a flag – including but not limited to: weather; brushing up against objects; too large of a flag for a pole; pollution; not hung properly. If care instructions are not in or on your box, please ask for a copy.
Gift Certificates are not refundable.
