- Order On-line using your PayPal Account or one of the 4 major credit cards!
- Fax 502-361-9994 or E-mail walkerflags@insightbb.com your order. Be sure and give us your phone number so we can call for any additional information and for your credit card number.
- Call us at 888-541-8046 to place your order. If you don't see what you need on this website - we most likely have it in stock or can order it for you and have it drop-shipped to you. If you are ordering in large quantities, call us it may qualify for a quantity discount. Please call us if you are tax exempt - we want to make sure you are not taxed for the order.
We accept Purchase Orders and offer Net 15 and Net 30 to our business customers who have filled out our credit application and have been approved for credit by our Finance Officer. Call to receive an application.
Although we are committed to adding more product to our website to enhance our on-line ordering - this site is still only a sampling of the many flag and flagpole products we offer. WE feel talking with you to learn what your flag needs are, and how we can best serve you, is invaluable. Please do not hesitate to call if you have any questions! We answer the phone!!!! Shipping
We only ship to the 48 continental United States or to Armed Forces APO addresses through the website. If you live in Alaska or Hawaii, or want to ship there, please call or e-mail to place your order. We only ship overseas to the Armed Forces.
We use UPS as our shipping carrier. It is so important that you give us your exact address. UPS will NOT ship to a post office box - please give us your street address only .
Back Orders
If for any reason we do not have the flag you ordered available for immediate shipment, we will contact you by phone or e-mail.
Returns
If you need to return an item, call our Customer Service Manager for authorization. Returns must be sent back to us within 30 days of purchase, in the original packaging, and must not have been flown or used and be accompanied with a receipt. (See our returns policy for more information.)
