• On-Line Ordering for limited styles of USA, State, Military and Boat flags

We accept Purchase Orders and offer Net 15 and Net 30 to our business customers who have filled out our credit application and have been approved for credit by our Finance Officer. 

This website is mainly an informational site to let you know  a little more about us and to give you an idea of all the flag and flagpole products we sell.  We feel talking with you to learn what your flag needs are, and how we can best serve you, is invaluable.  Please do not hesitate to call if you have any questions!  Let us know if you want a catalog to show full product line.

Shipping and other issues for On-Line Ordering

• We use UPS as our shipping carrier.  It is so important that you give us your exact address.  UPS will not ship to a post office box - please give us your street address only.

• For On-Line Orders we can only ship UPS ground - if you need faster delivery - you must call us and place your order by phone.

• For On-Line Ordering, shipping  prices are set by dollar amount ranges to fit with PayPal's system.  If you feel the shipping is high - just call to place your order and we will give you a shipping quote once we know the weight of your order, zip code, residential vs commerical, etc. 

• If for any reason we do not have the flag you ordered available for immediate shipment, we will contact you by phone or e-mail.

• Returns  must be sent back to us within 30 days of purchase, in the original packaging, and must not have been flown. Be sure you send along with the product your name, address and phone number and why you are returning the item, so that we may contact you concerning any exchange or refund.
